Service Description

After a review of your medical history you will receive in-depth, pain free examination of both ears using the latest endoscopic tools and techniques. If an obstruction or abnormality is detected we will discuss treatment options. In most cases this will involve removal of the obstruction using Microsuction, Irrigation or both. Occasionally we may need you to return after a few days of using wax softening drops (our clinicians will provide advice on the best drops to use in your situation). If this is the case, we will book you in for a follow-up appointment at no extra cost and at a time of your convenience. On occasion onward referral to your GP or a private ENT consultant may be necessary for further diagnosis and treatment. If our Clinician finds there's no wax to be removed we will still carry out a thorough ear health check and will only charge £30 for both ears.

Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful that our appointments are in high demand. As such we would ask that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule. This will allow us time to offer your appointment slot to another patient
